Alec will graduate from First College with a diploma in massage therapy in December 2022 and will challenge board exams in March 2023. He enjoys many outdoor activities such as surfing, skiing and backpacking.

Alec also enjoys volunteering and helping other people. He volunteers as an adaptive ski instructor teaching people with physical, cognitive, or sensory challenges how to ski. Prior to school he spent 9 years volunteering in developing countries helping people in poverty.

​

He will be providing relaxation massage treatments with techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage and trigger point release.

​

Treatments will not be covered by insurance until he becomes a Registered Massage Therapist.
