Christy is a new graduate from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. As a student, she achieved a 4.0 GPA and received awards for academic performance, leadership, and attendance. Prior to massage school, Christy received a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria and worked as a social worker in Victoria, Vernon, and Kelowna.

Christy is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of her clients. Armed with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, Christy is eager to investigate the source of her client’s discomfort and provide treatment to reduce pain and enhance quality of life. She works hard to establish a genuine connection with every person who enters her treatment room and strives to keep safety, trust, and transparency at the forefront of her practice.

During your treatment, you can expect Christy to conduct a thorough assessment to determine which tissues are involved with your symptoms. You will then work with Christy to create a treatment plan to achieve your health and wellness goals. Time and privacy will be provided to disrobe to your comfort level, and massage time will be followed with home care suggestions for best treatment outcomes. Christy’s approach is collaborative, result-based, and well suited for anyone looking to make improvements to their health.
