Relaxation Massage
Ashley is a Registered Massage Therapist based in the beautiful Okanagan. Her passion for helping others, along with a genuine curiosity about the human body, led her to pursue a fulfilling career in massage therapy. She takes a thoughtful, client-centred approach to her work, blending therapeutic and relaxation-based techniques to support each individual’s unique health and wellness goals.

Ashley draws on a variety of modalities—including deep tissue work, relaxation massage, and myofascial techniques—tailoring each session to meet her clients’ specific needs. Her goal is to reduce tension, ease pain, and restore overall balance in the body. She believes in the power of touch not only as a physical therapy, but also as a means of supporting mental well-being, recovery, and stress relief.

For Ashley, massage therapy is part of a bigger picture: tuning into our bodies, caring for our individual needs, and living life as fully and optimally as possible.

Outside the treatment room, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her two sons and living an active lifestyle. She finds joy in outdoor activities like running, hiking, yoga, paddle boarding, and skiing—all of which reflect her holistic approach to health, balance, and self-care.
