Justice uses a combination of techniques that are catered to each individual client. Much of his work focuses on, but is not limited to, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, joint play & assessment and myofascial release.

Justice has a deep passion for sports massage and is committed to continuing his education by maintaining and advancing his knowledge in the field.

Justice strongly believes that incorporating movement in your life and being active is necessary in maintaining good health and preventing injury.

During the summer you can find him outside playing soccer and in the winter months you will find him up at the hills snowboarding. Justice has recently worked with a group of Heli-skiers in Revelstoke B.C. providing therapeutic recovery massage.
