Roman Vesely
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with 4 years of experience in both clinical rehabilitation and spa environments. I hold an honours diploma from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, graduating on the Dean’s List.
My approach is client-centered and evidence-informed. I begin by listening closely to your primary concern, performing a thorough assessment to guide treatment, and using focused, results-driven techniques to support your recovery. I always follow up with homecare strategies and recommendations to help you stay on track.
My treatments integrate neuromuscular therapy, myofascial trigger point release, Swedish massage, and joint mobilizations. I also have experience treating prenatal clients and tailoring care to support each phase of pregnancy. I enjoy working with clients dealing with chronic tension, postural issues, and recovery from injury. Whether your goals are therapeutic or restorative, I aim to help you feel and function at your best.
Outside of practice, I’m passionate about staying active and exploring the outdoors — snowboarding in the winter, hiking BC’s beautiful trails in the warmer months, and always on the lookout for new food spots to try. I enjoy everything from ramen joints to hidden cafés and love discovering local gems.
I’m a big believer in balance and self-care, and I prioritize movement, good food, and time in nature to recharge my body, mind and soul. When I’m not adventuring, I’m often reading up on health science, mobility research, or fine-tuning my treatment skills. I’ve found that staying grounded in both personal wellness and ongoing learning helps me show up as a better therapist for my clients.
